Description

Delightful and refreshing summer desserts perfect for gatherings that will leave your guests impressed.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups Fresh Berries (A mix of strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries.)
  • 2 cups Whipped Cream (Sweetened with a touch of vanilla extract.)
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Zest (For a citrusy flavor.)
  • 1/2 cup Sugar (Adjust based on berries’ sweetness.)
  • 6 Pavlova Shells (Homemade or store-bought.)
  • 1/4 cup Mint Leaves (For garnish.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 250°F (120°C) if making pavlova from scratch.
  2. In a large bowl, combine fresh berries and sugar. Let them macerate for about 30 minutes.
  3. If making pavlova, beat egg whites until soft peaks form, gradually add sugar until stiff peaks form, then gently fold in lemon zest.
  4. Shape pavlova on a parchment-lined baking sheet and bake for 1.5 hours. Let cool completely.
  5. Once pavlova is cool, top each shell with whipped cream and a generous amount of the berry mixture.
  6. Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
