Ingredients

  • 2 cups diced kiwi
  • 2 cups diced papaya
  • 1 cup strawberries, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced pineapple, mango, kiwi, papaya, and strawberries.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey until well combined.
  3. Pour the lime juice mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
  4. Add the chopped mint leaves and toss again to combine.
