Ingredients

- 2 cups diced pineapple
- 2 cups diced mango
- 2 cups diced kiwi
- 2 cups diced papaya
- 1 cup strawberries, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the diced pineapple, mango, kiwi, papaya, and strawberries.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice and honey until well combined.
- Pour the lime juice mixture over the fruit and gently toss to coat.
- Add the chopped mint leaves and toss again to combine.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving for a chilled treat.
Notes
