- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots

- 1/2 cup spinach leaves
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Spread a layer of cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers, spinach, and green onions over the cream cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Starting from one end, roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
- Wrap each log in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator and slice into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
