Instructions
- Begin by cutting the watermelon into bite-sized cubes and the feta cheese into similar-sized cubes.
- On each skewer, thread a cube of watermelon, followed by a mint leaf, and then a cube of feta cheese. Repeat until the skewer is filled, leaving some space at each end.
