Ingredients

  • 1 medium watermelon, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups of lemon-lime soda or sparkling water
  • 1 cup of fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 cup of simple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. In a blender, puree the watermelon chunks until smooth. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove pulp.
  2. Add the fresh lime juice and simple syrup to the watermelon juice and stir well.
  3. Just before serving, add the lemon-lime soda or sparkling water to the pitcher and stir gently to combine.
  4. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Notes
