Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the zucchini slices, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the zucchini is evenly coated.
  3. If using, add the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning and toss again.
  4. Place the zucchini in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
