- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced into rounds
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the zucchini slices, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Toss until the zucchini is evenly coated.
- If using, add the Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning and toss again.
- Place the zucchini in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry the zucchini for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the zucchini is golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your crispy air-fried zucchini!
